Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un premier r\u00e9f\u00e9rent que le Minist\u00e8re utilise dans le cadre du \u00ab\u00a0monitoring\u00a0\u00bb de la disponibilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments, mais \u00e9galement un outil d\u2019information des prescripteurs en ce qui concerne les m\u00e9dicaments rembours\u00e9s disponibles sur le march\u00e9 national.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi, la liste de l\u2019Observatoire contient pour chaque DCI, forme et dosage de m\u00e9dicament les diff\u00e9rents noms de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s\u00a0(noms de marques) existants pour un m\u00eame m\u00e9dicament. La disponibilit\u00e9 est \u00e9valu\u00e9e pour chaque m\u00e9dicament au regard de la satisfaction du besoin par une ou plusieurs sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s princeps, g\u00e9n\u00e9riques ou biosimilaires existantes, import\u00e9s et\/ou fabriqu\u00e9s au niveau national.<\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>La liste de l&rsquo;Observatoire de Veille des m\u00e9dicaments disponibles en officine<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #727272; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">Il convient de souligner que cette liste est <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><u>dynamique et perfectible<\/u><\/strong><span style=\"color: #727272; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">, sa mise \u00e0 jour s\u2019effectue <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">au vu des<\/strong> <strong style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">donn\u00e9es li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019importation et\/ou \u00e0 la fabrication nationale des m\u00e9dicaments<\/strong><span style=\"color: #727272; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">. Les m\u00e9dicaments ob\u00e9issant aux crit\u00e8res d\u2019inclusion sur cette liste, nouvellement import\u00e9s ou fabriqu\u00e9s localement seront ajout\u00e9s aux mises \u00e0 jour.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il importe \u00e9galement de signaler que\u00a0 les m\u00e9dicaments en rupture pour des raisons objectives et ind\u00e9pendantes de toute r\u00e9gulation des services du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie Pharmaceutique, pour des raisons d\u2019ordre r\u00e9glementaire ou li\u00e9es \u00e0 un retrait\u00a0 de produits ou d\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019importation depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es ou de non disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019importation ( aucun programme demand\u00e9 par l\u2019op\u00e9rateur concern\u00e9 ) ou de non disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication, seront retir\u00e9s de cette liste dans le cadre de son actualisation par l\u2019observatoire.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
